A brief email to say how pleased we are with the door.
It has weatherproofed our garage keeping out the wind and rain. The door's insulation has drasticly improved the temperature, particularly noticeable as the sun used to make it like an oven. Probably the biggest benefit, for us retired folk, is no longer having to wrestle the up and over door - something my wife found very difficult. Also removing the occasions in strong wind when the door would be blown down when moving the car in or out; in our case on one occasion shredding the aerial.
My main concern was how practical a powered door would be in a small garage - the answer turns out to be very.
