Garador Sectional Garage Doors

Garador sectional garage doors are available in various designs and various thicknesses. All come fully-finished. They do not require painting. White, Golden Oak and Rosewood doors are available ex-stock. Coloured doors are available. The Garador Classic is a steel, single-skin sectional garage door. Special rivet-free bonding techniques between the door skin and the inside steel profiles mean excellent strength and stability, and quietness during the door action. Fully finished in White as standard or any RAL colours, on request. Models available in the Classic single-skin are Linear small ribbed, Linear medium ribbed and Georgian small panelled.

The Garador Standard sectional garage door is made from twin-walled, steel, foam-filled sections which are 20mm thick, increasing to 42mm thick at the edges where the sections join and at the top and bottom of the doors. Very quiet, strong and good value for money. The fitted door has a u-value of 1.8WM². Models available in the Standard 20mm thick are Linear medium ribbed and Georgian small panelled.

The Garador Premium sectional garage door is made from twin-walled, steel, foam-filled sections 42mm thick. This door offers maximum rigidity, strength and thermal insulation. The fitted door has a u-value of 1.3WM². Models available in the Premium 42mm thick are Linear small and medium ribbed, Georgian small panelled, and the Linear medium and Georgian small in foil coated finish (Golden Oak, Rosewood, Dark Oak, Light Oak, Night Oak and Titan Metallic).

Garador offer a choice of garage door handles

Windows in Garador sectionals are available, if required. Single glazed window inserts are used on single-skin doors, double glazed inserts on the insulated garage doors. Window frames can come in White or to match the colour of the door.

Garador offer various remote control automation kits for their garage doors. For single doors upto and including 10’ wide, the Garamatic 7 is ideal.

For larger garage doors, usually over 10’ wide, the Garamatic 10 offers more power and various additional features, ideal for use on sectional garage doors.

All Garador sectional garage doors and motors are Hormann products, manufactured in the Hormann factory in Germany. They are branded as Garador products for the U.K. market. Hormann have owned Garador since approx. 2003. Almost all Hormann and Garador products have identical list prices. The big discounts we give on both brands are the same.
